A graduate of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, he has acquired expertise in the world of gastronomy. His pen has become an ambassador for culinary pleasures, as a columnist for Bilan and Radio Lac in particular.
Through his articles, he shines the spotlight on the behind-the-scenes craftspeople, chefs, restaurateurs, producers and sommeliers who devote their lives to these “passion” professions. Her approach, marked by humility and curiosity, reveals the hidden treasures of the gastronomic scene.
