Your mission

To complement our HR team, we are recruiting for immediate or agreed-upon entry into our company. Geneva office, a Generalist in HR (80-100%).

In this versatile role, you will be a true partner for our colleagues and managers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the recruitment, integration and follow-up of employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies (training, development, performance, etc.).
  • Advise and support managers on common HR issues (absences, contracts, labor law, etc.).
  • Ensure administrative follow-up (contracts, certificates, personnel files).
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving the employee experience and the efficiency of our processes.
  • To mentor and supervise our apprentices and mature-pro trainees.
  • Organizing and representing the Group at career/training forums and exhibitions.
  • Support the HR Manager in the day-to-day operational management.

Your profile

  • Swiss commercial employee CFC, supplemented by a certificate in HR management and/or a federal certificate as a specialist in human resources management (or equivalent).
  • Generalist or specialized HR experience in Switzerland (required).
  • Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law.
  • Proven experience in recruitment is a serious asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of service and the ability to build relationships.
  • Organization, rigor, and a spirit of initiative.
