Berney Associés joins forces with Alteris Léman and strengthens its presence in Nyon

Berney Associés joins forces with fiduciary Alteris Léman to strengthen its presence in the Lake Geneva region.
Berney Associés, one of the largest fiduciaries in French-speaking Switzerland, has announced that it is acquiring a majority stake in Nyon-based fiduciary Alteris Léman.
This alliance is part of Berney Associés' regional development strategy and marks a further step in strengthening its presence in the Lake Geneva region, alongside its existing offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Fribourg.
A high-potential market, a shared vision
The choice of Nyon is part of a dynamic of strong economic and demographic growth. For Berney Associés, this alliance means we can support this local development and offer clients in Nyon local access to a platform of multidisciplinary expertise.
The Nyon market is booming. By joining forces with Alteris Léman, we are strengthening our regional roots and continuing our drive to be ever closer to our customers, with solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Continuity, transmission and new perspectives
Tony Lerch, founder and CEO of Alteris Léman, remains Chairman of the Board of Directors and reference shareholder of the structure. He will continue to manage the Nyon office in order to guarantee continuity in client relations, while preparing a gradual handover for his teams and clients, in view of the future winding down of the business.
By joining Berney Associés, we are choosing a partner who shares our values, our proximity to clients and our corporate culture. This alliance will enable us to ensure a smooth transition for our staff and clients, while giving them access to new skills, particularly for more complex issues.
Synergies to serve customers
Thanks to this alliance, Alteris Léman clients now benefit from the full range of services offered by Berney Associés in the fields of audit, accounting and management, tax, corporate finance, strategic consulting and much more.
The common objective is clear: to preserve the existing relationship of trust while enhancing the range of services offered thanks to the extensive expertise of the two entities.
