Ofisa Berney Associés becomes Berney Associés Vaud

On 2nd June, we had the pleasure of bringing together our clients and partners at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne for an evening marking an important milestone in our Group's history: the transfer of Ofisa Berney Associés SA to Berney Associés Vaud SA.
This development is a continuation of the rapprochement initiated in 2021 between Ofisa and Berney Associés. At the time, the two companies had chosen to join forces to pool their expertise, broaden their service offering, and strengthen their presence in the canton of Vaud. Over the years, the teams have developed numerous synergies and built a common vision of support. companies and entrepreneurs, as well as individuals.
Today, this new identity more clearly reflects the reality of our organisation. It aims to strengthen our brand consistency, simplify our communication, and affirm our belonging to the Berney Associés Group while highlighting our roots in the canton of Vaud.
If our name evolves, our commitment remains unchanged. Our clients will continue to be supported by the same teams, the same contacts, and the same experts who advise them daily. The values that drive us also remain the same: proximity, trust, expertise, and commitment.
This evolution primarily represents a natural step in the development of our Lausanne office and in the construction of a shared, forward-looking identity.
To better understand the reasons for this change and what it means concretely for our customers, watch the first video clip created for this occasion.
A look back at the evening
This announcement also provided an opportunity to bring together our clients and partners for a moment of discussion and conviviality.
We warmly thank everyone present for their trust and loyalty.
We are delighted to continue this wonderful adventure under our new identity: Berney Associés Vaud.
